Job Overview
We’re seeking a highly motivated SaaS Data Analyst to help power strategic growth through data. In this role, you’ll build and manage scalable data models, deliver business-critical insights, and partner across departments to unlock the full potential of our data. Your work will directly impact business performance, decision-making, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Data Modeling & Structuring
- Build and maintain scalable data architecture to support analytics and reporting.
- Transform raw data into structured, accessible, and actionable formats.
Report Building & Insights
- Develop visual dashboards and analytical reports using leading BI tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Uncover and present key insights to inform decisions across sales, marketing, finance, and customer success.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Serve as the data liaison across departments, delivering customized solutions to meet team-specific needs.
- Partner with stakeholders to identify and implement data-driven improvements.
Data Quality & Governance
- Uphold best practices for data integrity, accuracy, and security.
- Investigate and resolve data inconsistencies in coordination with engineering and IT.
Strategic Analysis
- Translate complex data into clear, actionable business strategies.
- Spot trends and growth opportunities to drive operational and customer success.
What We’re Looking For
Experience
- 2–4 years of data analysis experience, ideally in a SaaS or subscription-based business model.
Technical Skills
- Advanced knowledge of SQL for data querying and transformation.
- Experience with data visualization platforms such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Familiarity with data warehouse solutions like Snowflake.
Business & Analytical Skills
- Strong business acumen with the ability to tie data insights to strategic initiatives.
- Ability to align analytics with tangible business outcomes.
Communication & Teamwork
- Excellent communicator, capable of presenting technical data to non-technical audiences.
- Proven ability to collaborate across departments in a remote setting.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in building automated reporting pipelines.
- Understanding of SaaS KPIs and metrics.

You thrive in fast-paced environments, have hands-on experience working with large datasets, and enjoy solving business problems with data. You’re comfortable with SQL, experienced with BI tools, and adept at translating complexity into clarity.
