Remote Customer Service Representative / Recruiter (Remote after Training)

We’re looking for Customer Service Representatives/Recruiters to assist our client, a recruiting and crisis management company.

In this role, you’ll support clients across a range of industries, including education, healthcare, manufacturing, light industrial, and security—by sourcing and placing the best talent for both short-term and long-term staffing needs. You’ll also handle inbound calls in a call queue, providing excellent service and support.

Location: 1 Week In-Office Training in Clawson, MI | Schedule: Full-Time | Pay: $17.00/hr + Overtime (Time and a Half after 40 hrs)

Remote Customer Service Representative / Recruiter Responsibilities:

  • Build strong relationships with clients and understand their staffing needs
  • Identify and recruit local candidates with the right skills and experience
  • Screen and evaluate applicants for a variety of roles
  • Coordinate interviews, assist with hiring decisions, and ensure a smooth onboarding process
  • Stay informed on client requirements and industry trends to anticipate hiring needs
  • Collaborate with the internal recruitment team to ensure efficient hiring
  • Handle incoming calls professionally from a call queue

Remote Customer Service Representative / Recruiter Work Schedule & Training:

  • Initial Training: 1 week in-office training (9am-5pm) in Clawson, MI
  • After Training: This role transitions to fully remote
  • Core Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (rotating 8,10, and 12 hour shifts)
  • Current Schedule: 12-hour shift (8:00 AM – 8:00 PM) including weekend coverage
  • Pay: $17.00/hour + Overtime (1.5x pay for hours worked beyond 40 per week)

Remote Customer Service Representative / Recruiter Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of recent customer service experience in a call center environment
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Google Docs, Microsoft Excel, and Word
  • Excellent data entry skills with speed and accuracy
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-starter with a strong work ethic and attention to detail
